We started Atlas because most event production looks the same. Projectors get used for slide decks and logo loops. We thought the technology could do a lot more than that.
We're not a traditional AV company. Most production teams treat projectors as presentation tools. We use them to paint sun-rays across ballrooms at golden hour, cast digital rain on dance floors, and turn a blank venue into something people weren't expecting.
There's no shortage of production companies. But most of them recycle the same setups and call it custom. We started Atlas to do work that doesn't already exist in someone else's portfolio.
We spend a lot of time on new projection techniques and technology that most production companies aren't touching yet. The goal for every project is the same: build something the client and their guests haven't seen before.

Every projection, sound cue, and effect is there for a reason. If it doesn't serve the event, we cut it.
We Run the Whole Thing.
We handle setup, live operation, and teardown ourselves. Our team is on-site the entire time.
Our clients include event planners, venues, and individuals. Planners come to us for creative work their standard AV vendor can't deliver. Venues bring us in to offer something new. Individuals hire us for weddings, galas, quinceañeras, brand events, and milestone celebrations. We are based in Houston, TX, and take on projects within a 300-mile radius. That covers Austin, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, and surrounding areas. For events farther out, we're open to the conversation.
